Hair by Tho Policies - If you choose to book with me, you agree to the following terms and booking policies: • Credit cards are required for booking. • Deposits are non-refundable and required for all color services (which vary depending on what services you choose and will be applied towards your total service costs). • Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if a minimum 24 hour notice has been given and confirmed by me. • Minimum 24 hour advance notice is required for all color service cancellations to avoid the loss of your deposit and an additional 50% service charge. • Minimum 24 hour advance notice is required for all other cancellations to avoid a 50% service charge. • Last minute cancellations/no-show clients that DON'T show up within 15 minutes of their appointments will be considered a no-show and will lose their deposits (if applicable), be charged a 50% cancellation fee, and have to reschedule. • NO REFUNDS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. **I must enforce these policies out of respect for my business and my other clients that are waiting to book with me.
